Presidential Development Corp. Developed traditional self storage in the United States. We branched out our efforts oversea, mainly in the Southeast Asia and Beijing for 8 years. Based on such experiences, the subsidiary entity, Maker Trading Pte Ltd, is dedicated in a newly matured moving and storage technology - Mobile Self Storage, in Singapore.
Yang Kee Logistics is one of the largest logistics company in Singapore. Maker Trading Pte Ltd works closely with Yang Kee Logistics in developing the operations, facility and equipment for the mobile storage business in Singapore, under the DBA name of The Space Seller. We have advanced into the new era, with thousands of storage units and efficient operations. We will continue to work closely together on this business.
We rent spaces by the months. The 40 square feet space is 5 feet by 8 feet and 7 feet tall. There are also half and quarter sizes. Upon loading, the unit is sealed and locked for us to safekeep it like bank security box.
We also provide moving services. At the store, we sell packing material and provide logistic services. Box dimensions are 50cm x 40cm x 40cm (high).

Upon your approval, the move can be scheduled in 2 working days, including Saturday. Depending on conditions, packing and loading may take 2 to 3 hours. To get access to your space at your place, a new site, or our facility, please schedule it 2 working days in advance. - X
In general, for simple household, 2 bedroom fits into one 40 square feet space, 3 bedroom can be augmented with a half size space and 4 bedroom fits into two 40 square feet spaces. Household with large furniture and big boxes may require twice the storage spaces.

Smaller items should be boxed in advance. We sell packing paper, boxes and tapes at our Store. It is fine that you find other means to pack them. We selectively shrink wrap bigger items. If you prefer upgraded padding or full packing, we can do that at extra cost. - X
